Aan de rand van de Spiegelplas, tussen Hilversum en Amsterdam in staat deze riante twee-onder-een kapwoning te huur. Daarbij bevindt het winkelcentrum “Willie Das Plein” zich op loopafstand, waar je ook de bushaltes vindt en een aantal gezellige horeca gelegenheden. Ook valt hier uit meerdere scholen te kiezen en is er vooral rondom de Spiegelplas een boel te doen in de vorm van strandjes en speeltuinen, wat het ook voor kinderen een hele fijne omgeving maakt.

Eenmaal binnen beland je op een stijlvolle entree waar de houten visgraatvloer je langs de trappen, toilet en gangkast de living in leidt.

De living is zeer ruim en biedt daarmee volop plek voor zowel een riante zit- als eethoek. Doordat de hal zich in het midden van het huis bevindt gaat de woonkamer ook rechtsaf om de hoek nog verder, voor eventueel een tweede zithoek, kinderhoek of een werkplek. Daarbij vind je hier via een glazen schuifpui toegang tot een riant balkon met fantastisch uitzicht en een trap naar de tuin.

Links van de hal bevindt de keuken zich aan de voorkant van het huis. Geheel in stijl van de rest van het huis is het ook hier zeer luxe ingericht. Met een granieten U-vormig aanrecht heb je al veel werkruimte, daarbij vind je hier een inductiekookplaat, afzuigkap, vaatwasser, heteluchtoven en een koel/vriescombinatie. Qua afwerking zit alles achter/rondom strakke houten kastjes in afwisselend wit of in een vergelijkbare warme houttint als de houten visgraatvloer die ook de keuken versiert.

De trap naar beneden brengt je naar een riante, veelzijdige leefruimte met toegang tot de achtertuin en garage. Perfect voor een gym/mancave/kantoor aan huis, al kan er uiteraard ook geslapen worden, of gewoond. In de hoek is zelfs nog een losse wastafel geïnstalleerd, waardoor je hier al over een wateraansluiting beschikt.

Vanuit de hal kun je behalve naar beneden uiteraard ook naar boven, hier vind je een knusse overloop waar je bent omringd door deuren. Van links naar rechts leiden die naar: de master bedroom incl. ensuite badkamer, een tweede slaapkamer, gangkast, aparte badkamer en een dubbele slaapkamer. Dus vier slaapkamers, twee badkamers en dan is er ook nog een zolder, maar daar komen we dadelijk.

Als eerste de master bedroom, doordat deze zich aan de achterzijde van het huis bevindt kijken de ramen uit op het oosten, wat een prachtige zonsopkomst kan opleveren over de Spiegelplas. Alle kamers zijn net als de overloop voorzien van een nette, lichte laminaatvloer, zo ook deze. Verder is deze kamer nog uitgerust met een handige wandkast.

De aangrenzende badkamer is zeer praktisch en keurig betegeld in overwegend wit en grijs. Hier beschik je over een ruime inloopdouche, zwevend toilet, grote spiegel en een strakke wastafel voor 2.

Deels onder het schuine dak bevindt zich slaapkamer nummer 2. Tevens zeer ruim met meer dan genoeg plek voor een tweepersoonsbed lever je ook aan loopruimte niks in dankzij het dakkapel, die de kamer tevens van zonlicht uit het zuiden voorziet.

Aan de overzijde van de overloop bevindt zich de dubbele slaapkamer waarbij de 2 kamers zijn gescheiden middels een brede toog. Daarbij zijn beide ruimte maar net iets kleiners dan de vorige 2, waardoor je ook hier alle ruimte hebt voor een slaapkamer, werkkamer, kinderkamer inloopkast. Alles kan!

Ook op de zolderverdieping heb je de beschikking over een grote ruimte onder het schuine dak. Beginnend als voornamelijk opslag/CV ruimte is er achter de doorgang in de wand plek genoeg voor een slaapkamer. Doordat het schuine dak de loopruimte wat beperkt tot het midden zou dit een hele mooie kinderkamer zijn, met bijvoorbeeld een bed en/of kantoor waar je anders zou moeten bukken. At the edge of the Spiegelplas, between Hilversum and Amsterdam you can find this spacious semi detached house for rent. Here you have 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a luxurious kitchen, a large basement, garage and a balcony overlooking the lake at your disposal. For this reason we can recommend this house to pretty much everyone. The house is rented furnished, only upholstered is also possible in consultation.

The location is something to be excited about as well. Living quietly in between 2 big cities, isn’t that everyone’s dream? Apart from that, the shopping district “Willie Das Plein” can be found at walking distance, where you can also take the bus or eat out thanks to several restaurants and cafes. For the kids there are a couple of schools to choose from and especially around the lake you’ll find playgrounds and beaches which make it a great neighborhood for kids.

Once inside you reach a stylish entrance hall where the herringbone floor leads you past the stairs, toilet and cupboard into the living room.

The living is very spacious and offers plenty of space for both a sitting- as a dining area. Because the hallway is placed in the middle of the residence, there’s even more living room to be found around the corner to the right. This would be a great place to create a second sitting area or an office. The glass sliding doors in the wall to the east offer a doorway to your own balcony, overlooking both your backyard as the Spiegelplas.

However, if you turn left you’ll find the kitchen at the front side of the house. Fitting in with the rest of the house, the kitchen is also very luxurious. The granite U-shaped worktop already offers a lot of space to work with, apart from that you’ve got an induction cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and a fridge/freezer at your disposal. Design-wise everything is neatly installed behind/around slick wooden cabinets in both white and the same warm wood-tone as the herringbone floor.

First we’ll take the stairs downwards, where you reach a vast, multifunctional space which gives access to both the backyard and the garage. This would be perfect for either a gym, man cave or home office. Although, what’s stopping anyone from sleeping here? Or living. With a sink in the corner you’re already supplied with the necessary waterworks.

The stairs in the hallway go up as well as down, upstairs you’ll reach a landing where you’re surrounded by several doors. From left to right, each door leads to: the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, hall closet, separate bathroom and a double bedroom. So in short: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and we haven’t even mentioned the attic yet. We will though. Eventually.

But first, the master bedroom. Because it’s located at the back of the house, the windows face east which could offer a beautiful sunrise across the Spiegelplas. All rooms on this floor, as well as the landing are supplied with a neat, light laminate flooring, while this room is also sporting a big wall-sized closet.

The bordering bathroom is very practical and neatly tiled in white and gray. Here you’ll be enjoying a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, a large mirror and a slick rectangular sink for 2.

Partly placed underneath the slanted roof, there’s bedroom number 2. While also very spacious, there’s more than enough space for a double bed, where the dormer prevents you from lacking in walking space. With the back window facing east, the dormer faces south, making this room even sunnier.

Across the landing there’s the double bedroom, where the 2 rooms are separated by a wide arc. With both rooms only slightly smaller than the previous 2, there’s still so much that can be done with these, you can turn them into bedrooms, children’s rooms, office, walk-in closet.. Everything’s possible!

Right at the center of the landing, we left the bathroom for last. This one is placed neatly underneath the slanted roof, while being tiled in white and gray as well. Thanks to the skylight facing south you won’t need to turn on the lights until it’s late. With a spacious bathtub underneath the roof, including a shower setup, there’s also a toilet and of course a slick looking sink as well.

Even in the attic there’s a lot of space left underneath the slanted roof. Starting off as mainly storage/boiler space you’ll find a possible bedroom behind the partition wall. The roof keeps the space you’re able to walk/stand in a bit limited, making this the perfect kid’s room where you could place a bed and/or desk underneath the roof where you’d normally bump your head. Or you keep the attic for storage space, whatever you need it for.

You can reach the backyard from both the balcony and the doors down in the basement. Here you’ll first reach a tiled terrace, which is followed by a well maintained lawn. To the side you’ll even find your own wooden shed, with at the back of the garden a second terrace where you can either open or close the roof of the pergola.
